Brenig Construction, an absolutely stellar civil engineer in Denbighshire has become very known in the region for a series of affordable housing schemes which are performed in conjunction with Cartrefi Conwy.
Additionally, Brenig Construction have performed a number of improvements to the North Wales area, such as some very much needed work on Rhyl’s coastal defences and a complete renovation of Rhyl High School, as well as infrastructure improvements and finishes to Ysgol y Gogarth within Craig y Don, Llandudno.
Most recently, Brenig Construction were involved within a very special project within Llanfairfechan, which was part of Cartrefi Conwy’s mission to provide 300 affordable houses to the North Wales region. It was a fantastic start to 2017, and Brenig Construction have shown that the major successes within this development are just the start of their improvements to the North Wales area for 2017.
Brenig Construction are gearing up for their next big challenge, and again, it’s a significant improvement to the North Wales area which will directly benefit the inhabitants of the region now and in the future. Brenig Construction are set to start on work on the once vaunted Canofan Marl, originally transformed from an ordinary (if derelict) nursing home to a support centre for those with physical and sensory disability in 2007. 10 years on, the building has shown that it needs updating, and Brenig Construction are again working with Cartrefi Conwy to provide all the improvements this extremely hard working building needs.
The construction and civil engineering company are very well known for finishing projects on time and to budget, and have been involved in many regeneration efforts throughout North Wales because of their stance as a company toward Health and Safety, Climate Change, and Sustainable building efforts.
Essentially, as construction is known as an industry that typically doesn’t welcome change, rules to regulations and generally is quite well known for favouring old ways, Brenig Construction’s team, company policies and values are a breath of fresh air to the construction sector.
